Ray Stata is the Chairman of Analog Devices Inc. The company has a market capital of about $15 billion and a workforce of nearly 8,900 employees. Headquartered in Norwood, MA, USA, Analog Devices is a pioneer in the design, manufacture and marketing of analog, mixed-signal, and digital signal processing equipment. An ardent believer in India's computing future, Ray is a member of the Novatium Board, providing valuable guidance.

Rajesh Jain is one of India's best known IT icons and is now Managing Director, Netcore Solutions. He is best known for his launch of the Indian web portal India World in 1995. From its pioneering start, India World grew to be one of the largest collections of India-centric websites, comprising Samachar, Khel, Khoj and Bawarchi. India World was acquired by Satyam Infoway (Sify) in November 1999 for $115 million in one of Asia's largest Internet deals. Rajesh is passionate about building a new India enabled by Internet and Information technology. His blog www.emergic.org is one of the best known sources on the advances in the computing world.

Dr Ashok Jhunjhunwala * is Professor of the Department of Electrical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and was Department Chair till recently. Since 1981, he has been teaching at IIT, Madras. He was instrumental in establishing the TeNeT group at IIT with fellow faculty members, with a vision to make India a design house in the area of telecom and computer networks. His TeNeT group has incubated a number of R&D companies that work in partnership with TeNeT group to develop world class technologies. For his pioneering efforts, he has been honored with numerous awards including the Padmashri in 2002.

Alok Singh is a member of the Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer of Novatium.

Under his leadership, Novatium has taken giant strides from being a start-up technology product company in Chennai to being an established technology service company catering to homes and enterprises nation-wide. Novatium has tied up with MTNL to provide home computing services in Delhi and is also looking at expanding its business to other cities as well. Alok Singh has been an integral part of Novatium since its early days of inception and has been instrumental in broadening the horizons of Novatium’s innovations and fostering enduring corporate relationships.

Armed with 18 years of accomplished experience in service marketing and service delivery, solutions designing, marketing, manufacturing & consulting, Alok Singh has also played a crucial role in establishing two successful start-up companies. Prior to assuming his current role, he was the CEO of Cummins Auto Services Ltd for five years. His previous stints also include Satyam Computer Services Ltd, Tata Cummins Ltd and Tata Motors.

Shirish B Purohit is a founding director and currently the CEO of Midas. He has a strong track record in managing development activities in the technology space and in managing a company through its early evolution. He has over 15 years of experience managing design and development activities in industrial automation, monitoring & control systems, telecom and networking products. Prior to Midas, Shirish founded Texel Systems, in 1987, which specialized in automating test and measurement systems. In 1994, he co-founded Midas. Shirish holds a Bachelor's Degree in electrical power & electronics from REC, Nagpur and an M.Tech in electrical engineering from IIT Madras. He specialized in integrated circuits and systems design.

Krishna “Kittu” Kolluri is the General Partner of New Enterprise Associates (NEA) - a U.S.-based venture capital firm. Kittu joins Novatium’s board of directors as a result of NEA’s investment in Novatium Solutions. His primary focus area at NEA is information technology investments. He has more than 17 years of experience in the technology industry and his accomplishments include the introduction of online healthcare to the market and management of high-profile interactive TV projects. Kittu holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, India, and a M.S. in Operations Research from the State University of New York, Buffalo.

Ben Mathias is the Vice-President of New Enterprise Associates (India) Pvt Ltd. Ben joins Novatium’s board of directors as a result of NEA’s investment in Novatium Solutions. Prior to his current role at NEA, Ben was Vice-President of E2open, a supply chain software start-up company. He holds a Master of Science in Engineering Sciences from Dartmouth College and a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
