Alok Singh is Chief Executive Officer, Novatium. His career spans 15 years of accomplished experience in service marketing and service delivery, solutions designing, marketing, manufacturing & consulting. He brings in experience of two successful start-ups. Prior to current role, he served as CEO of Cummins Auto Services Ltd for five years and is credited with building this business from scratch. His previous stints also include Satyam Computer Services Limited, Tata Cummins Limited and Tata Motors. As CEO, Novatium Solutions, Alok brings a wealth of management expertise, coupled with the innate ability to see start-ups through the heady days of their nascence.
Vinod Kumar is Head - Technology, Novatium. He comes into Novatium with nearly a decade of experience in product development and software development at IBM. His Bachelor's degree is in Physics from Loyola College, Chennai, India. Vinod completed his Masters in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India prior to joining IBM. During his 10 years at IBM, Vinod has worked on the design, development and management of a number of components in the WebSphere suite of products at IBM India, Germany and the US.
Nisheeth Mishra is Vice President - Sales and Marketing, Novatium. He has about 10 years of varied experience in Consulting, Business unit management and Information Technology function. He is a Stephanie with a PGDBM degree from Goa Institute of Management. Prior to joining Novatium, Nisheeth has successfully setup the complete IT of SpiceJet, a raving LCC in Indian market. Previously, he has worked on consulting assignments with global organizations both in India and international markets. He was also associated with the innovative service solutions for Cummins Auto. Overall, Nisheeth brings a widespread understanding of Education, service, airline and consulting industries.
Ms. Rajeshwari is Vice President - Marketing & Branding. She started her
career with Seagram India and later on, moved to HLL where she was
responsible for a sales turnover of around 150 crores in her territory and
later handled complete marketing of food brands like Lipton Tiger & Brook
Bond A1 whose turnovers were around 180 - 200 crores. She was with Cavin
Care as Category Manager for the skin care products division which sported
brands like Fairever and Spinz after which she joined a Japanese paint
company called Nippon Paint as Marketing Head. Apart from consumer marketing
initiatives,she also spearheaded the retail outlet marketing strategies at
Nippon
George Varghese is Senior Manager – Human Resources – at Novatium. George has about 7 years of experience in Human Resources of which he has spent about 25 months with Cargill India Pvt. Ltd, in an active M&A scenario. George has also served in the Indian Army for 5 years as a Commissioned Officer in the Corps of Engineers. He holds a degree in Chemistry from Mahatma Gandhi University , Kerala, and has completed a General Management Programme from IIM, Lucknow .
K.P.Roy is V.P. – S.C.M. & Quality. K.P.Roy has overall 20 plus years of experience in Manufacturing, Service and IT industry. He did his Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication. He also did Technical Leadership Program (sponsored by G.E. – USA) and he is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. He started his career with ‘Crompton Greaves’ – Athani, Kerala as Electronics Supervisor. Later, he moved to ‘G.E. Lighting’ as Instrumentation Engineer and grown in G.E. later as Deputy Manager – Quality Programs & Six Sigma Black Belt. Here he was responsible for Quality Systems, Six Sigma, Maintenance of Electrical, Electronics and Utility, Stable Operations, Project Identification and Execution, ISO etc... Later he moved to ‘Cummins Auto Services Ltd’. as Head – Backend Operations. He was responsible for Process Design and Implementation, Customer Support Function, Call center, SOX coordinator and Quality Systems and Six Sigma. He won Chairman’s’ award for Best Six Sigma Project with in Cummins entities in India. After Cummins, K.P. joined us as V.P. – ‘Supply Chain Management and Quality’ in September 2006. Here, he is responsible for Vendor Development, Sourcing, Production, Dispatch and Logistics, Process and Quality Systems.
