2. Why
should I buy a netPC rather than a
PC?
A netPC can provide features similar
to that of a PC and yet make computing
simple at a much lower cost. netPC
can be used to access all hardware,
software and Internet access –
a one-time purchase to enjoy a wholesome
computing experience.

is absolutely secure at the centralized
server. We follow stringent security
policies to ensure data security.
All data is stored in an encrypted
format. As long as you keep your
password a secret, your information
is also safe. Your password is your
key to all your data in the centralized
server. In addition to the user
id and password, data access is
also controlled by the MAC ID of
the netPC.

We honor and protect all users data and personal information and data which resides in our server and within our service. Your data is protected via a protocol called USER AUTHENTICATION PROTOCOL

27. Is here any installation charge while getting the device?
There is no installation charge. Customer can install the device with the help of user manual. In case of doubts, customer can reach Novatium's call center for support which is free.
28. Will I get compensation in case of any service failure?
No, except for complying with the Legal Interception by Government.
29.What happens if the power goes down in my house while working on Nova Navigator?
Novatium's services may be interrupted by weak/ non availability of Broad band connection which is to be resolved by the customer directly with his/her broad band service provider. On Server side, Novatium is committing 99.5% uptime. Any disruption in the Novatium Service attributable to the Server down time will be suitably compensated by way of pro-rata reduction in the recurring service charges.
30. What warranty can I avail?
Except when the device is damaged by neglect / willful act of customer, in which case the customer will be required to pay the prevailing price of the device, Novatium will maintain the device on return to bench basis.
31. What about services in area Novatium is not present?
