Novatium: Home Computing Services

Novatium has launched the first-of-its-kind home computing service in Delhi in collaboration with MTNL.

Where in Delhi is the service available?

The service is available to all broadband subscribers of MTNL in Delhi and for all landline subscribers belonging to East Delhi and Trans-Yamuna range.

What is the package offered?

A	For prospective customers who have a broadband connection from MTNL Delhi

	For Nova netPC			One-time charge
	"15" Colour CRT Monitor with one year warranty (Subscribers can also use any existing colour CRT monitor or buy their own monitors - no extra charges will be levied)			Rs. 3,000/-
	Nova net PC, USB keyboard, USB mouse (with life-time warranty)			Rs. 1,999/-
	Total			Rs. 4,999/-
	Tax charges are extra

	For Nova services & Internet			Monthly charges
	30 hours of free browsing and 300 MB of server storage included			Rs. 399/-
	Additional Internet browsing hours			Rs. 10 / hr
	Server storage space (per 100 MB) beyond 300 MB			Rs. 50/-
	Tax charges are extra

B	For prospective customers who do not have a Broadband connection from MTNL:

C	For prospective customers who do not have a telephone connection from MTNL:

The one-time charge for Nova netPC and monthly charges for Nova and Internet services should also be paid.

1. Contact Novatium or MTNL through any of the above sources and provide the following information:

    a. Name
    b. Address
    c. Phone Number
    d. Whether you have an MTNL landline connection
    e. Whether you have an MTNL broadband connection

2. Our representatives will contact you by phone and clarify your queries on Nova services provided in partnership with MTNL in Delhi.

3. On deciding to subscribe to the home computing service, please call. You will be given a booking number.

4. Our representative will contact you to confirm the booking.

5. A background feasibility check is done to confirm whether the service can be provided in your area.

6. If the feasibility check is cleared, a representative from the product installation team comes to your home and installs the netPC, provides you with your unique username and password, and completes all other installation procedures.

a. If you do not have a broadband connection from MTNL, you have to first register with MTNL for a broadband connection. Novatium’s utility computing service will then be made available.

b. If you do not have a telephone connection from MTNL, you have to first register for the telephone connection and broadband services from MTNL. Novatium’s utility computing service will then be activated.

7. After installation, a local cheque payable to “Core Micro Systems Pvt. Ltd” for the one-time charge can be given to the representative.

The monthly payment will be collected as part of the MTNL bill at the end of each month. No separate payment needs to be made.
